Terms and Conditions – Courses & Services
Effective Date: 19 May 2025These terms apply to the purchase and participation in all courses and coaching services offered by Panacea Pause.
Access is granted upon full payment or agreed enrolmentCourses may be time-limited (e.g. 6-week access), unless otherwise agreedLogin details must not be shared with unauthorised individuals
All course content, including videos, assessments, case studies, and frameworks (including the BALANCE™ Method), remains the intellectual property of Panacea Pause. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works.
For CPD-accredited courses, certification is contingent upon:
Completion of course modulesPassing tests (usually 80% pass rate per lesson)Completion of reflective workbooks or assessments where required
For one-to-one programmes:
Sessions must be used within the time period stated at bookingCancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ noticeMissed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited
Refunds are granted only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate paymentSystem errorExceptional agreed circumstances (case-by-case review)
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to attend, or dissatisfaction based on personal outcomes.
We do not accept liability for:
Decisions made based on educational material without professional adviceHealth outcomes or employment consequences from application of course materialDisruption caused by technical issues beyond our control
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any of these terms are breached.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
